Michael is a multinational marketer with over 7 years of professional experience at L'Oréal in the USA and Italy. He's worked in various roles across the organization including ecommerce account management, product & global campaign development in the skincare category and operational marketing for brands like Lancôme, IT Cosmetics and Kiehl's.
Rachel is a creative professional with over five years of experience in the retail and luxury sector. She is a fashion design graduate with expertise in merchandising within the luxury and high-street sectors. Most recently, she worked for Selfridges, the department store where she managed a £15million budget for the women’s denim department.
Sandra has been a creative marketing specialist in fashion and beauty for over nine years with a master's in Luxury Product Management from Polimoda in Italy. Experienced as the marketing head for the leading direct-to-customer eyewear brand in the Philippines and a merchandiser for Ladies Accessories for Bally in Milan. Presently, Sandra is working as an independent branding and marketing consultant, assisting clean beauty brands to find purpose and voice within the industry.
Anadya is a marketing professional with 5 years’ experience in fashion and luxury, from both a brand and agency sides. She recently launched an e-commerce fast-fashion label, Dash & Dot, and spearheaded all digital and e-commerce activity for Indian couture label, Seema Gujral. In her experience, Anadya has created 360-degree campaigns, including ATL and BTL efforts, public relations initiatives, and omnichannel activations.
Over 8 years of marketing and advertising experience specialized in brand strategy, digital innovation and e-commerce activation Phuong is a full-stack marketing leader experienced in omnichannel strategies, who advocates digital innovation to transform businesses and modernize brands to be relevant to consumers by getting into their minds and hearts. For six years, she managed several prominent brands at Procter & Gamble and L'Oréal, led and launched APAC's first direct-to-consumer model and strategic digital transformation project.on. Helping to build connections between brands and consumers.
Sonia has over nine years’ experience in Operations and Procurement turning brand aspirations into realities. Most recently she supported the creation of an international Design to Value program and supported sustainability and social responsibility programs launches. Shifting her focus to the luxury industry and chasing the most significant creative innovations of tomorrow.
Caroline is an experienced marketer, with over four years of experience advising clients across the eCommerce, FMCG, entertainment, technology, and beauty sectors on their online and offline media strategies. Clients include Amazon, HP, Burt's Bees, Brita, and more. Notable successes include the most successful Prime Day in history as well as YouTub's most-watched 2022 Amazon Alexa Superbowl ad. More recently, she has been exploring her interest in the luxury sector through the UNESCO x Women@Dior mentorship program.
Stefano has seven years of experience in collection and retail merchandising for fashion luxury companies across Italy and Brazil. These include Versace, Armani, and Loro Piana. He has been a fashion buyer managing up to 25 retail stores for three years before moving to collection merchandising. Stefano has experience in both men’s and women’s RTW and ACC.
Kajus has spent three years running his own business in restaurant consulting in Toronto, Canada, with a local, sustainable, and fine food import focus. His clients included the Four Seasons Hotel, Shangri La Hotel, Fairmont Hotel, Whole Foods Canada, and almost every restaurant in the Province of Ontario on the “Canada’s top 100 restaurants” list. Kajus spent one year starting up and operating an eCommerce business focusing on delivering some of his product catalogue during COVID.
Alexandre brings 12 years of experience in the hospitality luxury industry. His expertise relies on customer experience creation, travel design and business development. With part of the year at the headquarter in California and the rest of his time spent among multiple countries and regions in Europe, Alexandre likes international environments and being surrounded by diverse cultures.
Andrew Roig has over 9 years of strategic experience in the luxury, beauty, and aesthetics space, leading go-to-market strategy for a number of notable brands, including Shiseido Americas’ WASO franchise, Ultimune and color line re-launch, launching the AQUIS/K18 Hair brand in Asia and the Americas, and acting as a founding member of the GLAMGLOW brand, leading to acquisition by Estee Lauder. He has also led product management and the strategic partnerships program at The Hydrafacial Company and developed the GlacialRx treatment protocol and branding alongside the creators of Coolsculpting and Fraxel laser.
With 8 years of advertising and marketing experience in the media sector, Chiara Minuz is proficient in creating 360 marketing campaigns across multi-channels and developing strategic go-to-market plans, while managing brand alignment. Most recently Chiara worked as a brand manager at Paramount+ spearheading the celebrated national Christmas campaign that garnered billions of views. Before joining Paramount+, she worked for an agency and a publisher where she spent over five years planning her clients’ media strategy and managing their budget to develop efficient campaigns.
